15 minute Phone Consultation: ​

• Discovery calls for clients to decide if the approach will suit them or very simple follow ups
• Current clients with follow up questions too complicated or lengthy to address by email 
• Current clients with complex email questions requiring research & lengthy responses 
• No written report
• To be arranged by email
• £55                                                      

Comprehensive Initial Consultation: 

• 90 minute consultation 
• Preparation of your case from the pre-visit completed  questionnaires & test results if available*
• Consultation involves thorough assessment to establish the root causes, research, organising testing & agreeing an initial plan 
• Followed by a detailed written report & supporting written guidance
• Requires a minimum of 2 hours work in addition to the consult time
• ZOOM recording

• £450 (additional invoice if 90min exceeded - pro rata per 15 min increments at £300/hour)​
• Additional fees will be negotiated if significantly time consuming interpretation & reporting of complex lab tests is required based on the same hourly rate.

*The majority of patients will require comprehensive basic blood biochemistry  - more information will be sent along with the intake forms on booking a consultation.                                                             
Follow Up Consultations:

• Consultation Report
• ZOOM recording
• ​To be arranged by e-mail 
• All billed pro rata in 5 minute increments at £300/hour
• Additional fees will be negotiated if significantly time consuming interpretation & reporting of complex lab tests is required based on the same hourly rate.

Likely Overall Costs
The majority of patients will probably spend £700 - £1000 in total for initial assessment and treatment protocols and then thorough review and reporting of test results. More complex conditions requiring lengthy treatment > 1 year may incur far greater cost which is individual & impossible to predict.
This DOES NOT include fees for testing (the patient will pay the lab directly) and recommended supplements or prescriptions (the patient will pay the providing company directly).

Short Sport Performance Consultation:

• 30 minute consultation
• Sports Performance Advice  which includes interpretation of any existing blood test results  or ordering of appropriate lab testing
• Short report
• ZOOM recording
• To be arranged by email
• £155 (additional invoice if 30min exceeded - pro  rata per 15 min increments at £300/hour)​

​Comprehensive Sports Performance Consultation:

• 60 minute consultation
• Includes preparation in advance based on completed  questionnaires
• Assessment of comprehensive online completed food diary  
• Consultation involves:
  • Thorough assessment to enable achievement of athletic goals
  • Arranging recommended lab testing 
  • Comprehensive written report with supporting guidance docs
  • ​ZOOM recording
• £330  (additional invoice if 60min exceeded - pro  rata per 15 min increments at £300/hour)

Miscellaneous Fees:
BloodSmart.ai (machine learning condition forecasting using standard blood chemistry) £40  
Private prescription fee £20 from 1st June 2024
Medical reports or letters to GP: invoiced pro rata at £300/hour (usually 15 min or 30min)                 
Please Note: Fees may be subject to change and you will be invoiced for the published fee at the time of booking your appointment. ​​​

Transparency and Conflicts of Interest
Dr Krige does not receive any commission from the laboratories used for testing or from the companies providing the recommended supplements and all patients will be given the maximum discount (Dr Krige is passing on his practitioner incentives from these companies) on the supplements that are recommended and wholesale price for lab test where that is an option.
